Give a decision an owner
A conversation can produce agreement without producing action. Before leaving a review, identify who will make the next change, who needs to approve it, and what remains uncertain. That simple distinction prevents a shared intention from becoming a task nobody owns.
Report the actual state
Describe what is complete, what is still being worked on, and what is blocked. Avoid using one broad status for a project whose parts are in different conditions. A useful update gives others enough detail to make their next decision.
Close the loop
Accountability is part of Frameworks’ guiding values. In practice, follow-through includes checking the outcome and communicating it back. Completing an edit is one step; confirming that it solves the original concern is what makes the work reviewable.
