Separate the present from the possible

A future plan is useful internally, but a customer needs to understand what is available now. Keep planned services out of active purchase paths until the offer is ready. If a preview is helpful, label its status and explain what someone can actually do.

Give new content a natural home

Organize pages by the questions they answer. Products, company information, and client services have different audiences, even when they belong to one business. A clear structure gives a new item somewhere to go without forcing a navigation redesign each time.

Extend the system, then edit

Reusable cards and section patterns make additions easier, but they still need judgment. A new page should not inherit every section from the last one. Keep the visual language consistent and choose the pieces that serve this particular story.
