Lead with the purpose

A product name is easier to remember after someone understands what it does. Pair each name with a short, concrete description. Visitors should be able to distinguish the offerings without opening several pages just to discover their intended audiences.

Be clear about availability

An active product, a preview, and an idea in development should not look interchangeable. Show a status that matches the action available. A sign-in button belongs to an accessible service; an announcement can point to more information without suggesting immediate access.

Give support its own route

Existing users have different needs from first-time visitors. Include a clear way to reach the product or get help, while keeping introductory content useful to people still exploring. A directory works best when it respects both kinds of visit.
