Separate genuinely different needs
Product support and a new project inquiry may need different destinations. Separate them when the distinction changes what happens next. Avoid creating many categories that all lead to the same unexplained inbox; extra choices should earn their place.
Explain what each route covers
A short sentence under a contact option can prevent confusion. Name the product or service and the kind of question the route handles. Make the action label equally specific so it still makes sense when someone scans the page quickly.
Remove routes that no longer work
When a form is replaced by chat or a dedicated support website, remove outdated references across the site. The contact page, footer, and floating launcher are parts of the same system. A clear main page cannot compensate for an inactive link somewhere else.
