Start with one account and a small test
Before bringing a career’s worth of records into Army Flight Logbook, establish a baseline you can recognize. Confirm which account you are using, whether it already contains flights, and which device you plan to use first. An empty-looking account is a reason to check your sign-in identity before importing everything again.
The recommended workflow below is a record-organization checklist, not a substitute for the current app’s setup instructions. Screens and available features may vary by version and account access.
Review your profile before interpreting totals
The product’s documentation connects reporting to profile information, including the primary aircraft and semiannual dates. Check those settings before deciding that a report is wrong. A correct flight viewed against the wrong period can still produce an unexpected summary.
Use one known flight as your reference
Choose a record you can readily compare with your source material. Review the date, aircraft, duty position, and recorded time. After entering or importing it, find the saved record again and compare it field by field. Do not use a fictional test flight in your permanent logbook.
Write down any difference before adding a larger batch. If the issue is only a filter, resolve the view rather than changing an otherwise correct record. If a field is wrong, establish the correction process on the small sample first.
Keep a short completion checklist
Your first session is complete when you can identify the correct account, locate a known flight, understand the reporting period, and find support. Save your original records independently of the app. If something is unclear, send support the app version and a description of the issue without exposing sensitive operational information.
Your records. A clearer next step.
