Check the current offer before buying
The current iOS listing describes subscriptions for new accounts. Some older Army Flight Logbook website and help-center text still describes one-time purchases. Because those statements differ, use the actual offer presented at checkout and ask support about anything unclear before paying.
Separate your account from your purchase channel
Write down the email used for the product account and where the purchase was made. Your app-store identity and your logbook sign-in are not necessarily the same thing. That distinction helps when an account opens but the access you expect does not appear.
Before creating a second account, check whether your existing records are tied to the original one. An access problem should not become a split history simply because a new email seemed easier to try.
Verify a device change before repurchasing
The published licensing guide distinguishes web, Apple, Google, and company access. It predates some subscription changes, so confirm your exact entitlement with support when switching platforms. Do not assume a purchase on one store grants every other platform, or that an older customer must buy again.
Prepare a useful access request
Provide the purchase platform, approximate purchase date, app version, and a brief description of what you can access. Keep a receipt available through the appropriate support channel, with unrelated payment details removed. Never send a password or verification code. This guide intentionally does not promise a price, refund, or entitlement that requires account-specific confirmation.
Your records. A clearer next step.
