Bring the problem in your own words

You do not need to arrive with page layouts. Explain what is difficult today: customers cannot find a service, the website no longer reflects the business, or basic changes take too much effort. A specific problem is a useful starting point for deciding the scope.

Gather the facts you already have

Bring your current website, official business details, service list, and any existing brand files. If there is a deadline, explain why it matters. Note what is ready and what still needs work rather than delaying the conversation until every asset is perfect.

Name the decision-makers

Clarify who can approve the content, design, and budget. A project can involve several people, but feedback needs a route back into one set of decisions. That clarity helps a first conversation become a practical plan instead of a collection of competing preferences.
