Describe the actual work
A useful project story can explain the business, the website’s purpose, and the decisions made to support it. Show how content was organized or how a customer path was clarified. These are concrete aspects of the work even when no performance study is available.
Separate intention from measurement
A page may be designed to make inquiries easier. That does not establish that inquiries increased. Use language that distinguishes the intended outcome from a measured result. Include numbers only when their source, context, and permission to publish are clear.
Let examples carry the explanation
Screenshots and specific descriptions can help a reader judge the work for themselves. Explain why a section exists and what it helps a visitor understand. A grounded story gives a prospective client a better basis for conversation than an impressive claim that cannot be supported.
