Diversity
Different backgrounds and lived experiences bring perspectives that help us ask better questions and build more thoughtful products.
Good technology starts with respect for people. At Frameworks, we believe everyone deserves dignity, a fair opportunity, and a place where their perspective matters.
Different backgrounds and lived experiences bring perspectives that help us ask better questions and build more thoughtful products.
Fair opportunity means recognizing barriers and working to remove them. Different people may need different support to participate.
Belonging grows when people are heard, respected, and able to contribute. It takes care in our everyday decisions.
We want our workplace, partnerships, and digital products to make people feel valued. That means listening to different perspectives and considering who might be left out of a decision or experience.
Our commitment includes people of every race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, body type, and socioeconomic background.
We support personal autonomy, including the freedom to love, express your identity, and make decisions about your own body and health.
Equality means fair treatment and a genuine chance to participate, regardless of someone’s background or personal characteristics. Race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, and financial circumstances should not determine whose voice is heard.
Equity asks us to look at the barriers behind that opportunity. Access to the same resource is not always enough; someone may need a different format, an accommodation, or additional support to participate fully.
We want the experiences we create to help people move forward, with respect for the different places they start.
We believe in personal autonomy and the dignity of making decisions about your own life. Our support includes same-sex marriage, gender transition, and reproductive choices, including abortion.
These are part of our company’s values: respect for who you are, who you love, and the decisions you make about your body and health. You deserve to be treated with care and dignity.
We work toward clearer language, usable navigation, keyboard access, and readable interfaces. Accessibility is part of the work, and we welcome feedback about barriers.
We value different experiences in the people we work with and the customers we serve. We aim to make collaboration respectful and participation meaningful.
Inclusion is an ongoing responsibility. We take concerns seriously and use feedback to improve how we work and what we build.
Our name is a reminder of how we want to work.

Thoughtful by design. Human at heart. At Frameworks, being a values-based employer means caring about how we work as much as what we create. Respect, fairness, thoughtful work, and accountability are the standards we commit to bringing into our decisions and relationships.
Those standards guide our contractor relationships today and the employee team we aim to build. Different perspectives belong here. Shared responsibility is how we move forward.
Listen before making assumptions. Communicate with kindness, respect personal boundaries, and treat people’s time and contributions as valuable.
Consider people for their skills and contributions. Make expectations clear, welcome different experiences, and take accessibility needs seriously.
Start with real needs. Build useful, accessible experiences, share what we learn, and improve the work through honest, constructive feedback.
Follow through on commitments, acknowledge mistakes, and address concerns with care. We expect those leading the work to model these standards and welcome good-faith feedback without retaliation.
Frameworks does not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or retaliation in our workplace or professional relationships. This commitment applies to how we work with employees, contractors, clients, and partners.
This includes prejudice based on race, ethnicity, origin, sex, gender identity, medical decisions, body type, or physical or communication disabilities. Our standard applies to hiring, day-to-day collaboration, and professional interactions. We take reports seriously and are committed to reviewing concerns and taking appropriate corrective action, which may include ending employment or a business relationship, consistent with applicable law and agreements.
People should be able to raise a concern in good faith without retaliation. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need an accommodation when interacting with Frameworks, please let us know.
Frameworks Holding LLC is a merit-based firm. We employ people based on the skills, ideas, and value they bring to the work—and their ability to contribute to what we build together.
Frameworks Holding LLC is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fair consideration of qualified applicants, without discrimination based on characteristics protected by applicable law.
We believe recognizing individual merit and providing fair access to opportunity go hand in hand.
It takes ongoing attention to who is represented, who can participate, and whose experience could be better.
An ongoing commitment, not a finished task.Invite different perspectives. Consider whose voice is missing and what could make participation easier.
Listen with care, ask better questions, and stay open to experiences beyond our own.
Turn what we learn into thoughtful changes and hold ourselves accountable for how we work.
At Frameworks,
we believe
silence speaks
volumes.
When we stay silent, things can stay the same. Speaking up can be the first step toward something better.
We also know that listening matters. Sometimes, making space, respecting boundaries, or protecting someone’s safety calls for quiet. Not everyone has the same freedom to speak.
Here in the United States, we value freedom of speech and the responsibility to use our voices with care. At Frameworks, we choose to speak up, listen closely, and act on what we learn—so we can keep building a more thoughtful world with you.
Your voice mattersThe Frameworks Company is committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment, and to complying with the federal, state, and local laws that apply to our employment practices, partnerships, and business operations.
Our commitment to respectful treatment extends to employees, applicants, contractors, clients, and partners. Individual laws have their own coverage and eligibility requirements; the references below do not mean that every law applies to every person or interaction.
We are committed to following the Indiana Civil Rights Law (IC 22-9-1) and applicable local protections. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 addresses employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin for covered employers.
Title VI addresses race, color, and national-origin discrimination in programs receiving federal financial assistance. Indiana’s IC 20-33-1 concerns equal educational opportunity. These provisions apply in their respective settings, rather than automatically to every business relationship.
We support fair compensation and compliance with the Equal Pay Act of 1963, which addresses sex-based pay discrimination for substantially equal work under the law. We also recognize the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and its protections for people aged 40 and older in covered employment.
We are committed to meeting applicable obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 provides disability protections in covered federally assisted programs and activities.
If you need an accommodation or encounter a barrier when applying, working with us, or using our services, contact Frameworks so we can discuss your needs and the appropriate next steps.
Our commitment includes applicable protections under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. We support fair treatment during pregnancy and family or medical circumstances, and oppose improper use of genetic information in employment decisions.
Leave entitlements and statutory protections depend on the law’s employer-coverage and individual-eligibility requirements.
We are committed to applicable wage, overtime, and child-labor requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and workplace safety requirements under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Ethical working conditions and attention to safety belong in everyday operations.
We respect the employment and reemployment rights of eligible service members under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. We also support the applicable protections of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including its prohibitions on certain citizenship-status and national-origin discrimination and unfair employment-verification practices.
Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation have no place at Frameworks. We encourage employees, clients, and other stakeholders to raise concerns in good faith, and are committed to reviewing reports and taking appropriate corrective measures.
We prohibit retaliation for good-faith reporting or participation in an investigation. Applicable whistleblower and anti-retaliation protections vary by law and situation; the federal Whistleblower Protection Act concerns federal employment and is not a general protection for every private-sector relationship.
